GLC Tilbury Pioneer Academy is a 2-form entry primary school with a 60 place nursery in the heart of Tilbury. Pioneer’s priority is to develop a culture of successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens who are committed to improving upon their best.
The school teaches 7 core values which underpin its ethos and prepares children to make a positive contribution to their community. We want every member of our academy to have high expectations and challenge themselves to achieve their aspirations. In 2017, the school was judged to be ‘good’ by Ofsted.
