PA to the Head of School - Fixed Term 

Salary:     GLC Point 28 – 32 [£29,652 - £33,381 FTE]

Contract Type:  Fixed Term - 12 months. 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks holiday working

Place of Work: Lansdowne Primary Academy

Start Date: 1st September 2021

Lansdowne Primary Academy is part of the larger Gateway Learning Community (GLC): a partnership of local primary and secondary schools committed to working together to achieve the highest educational standards for the whole community and is a friendly school that values teamwork and high achievement in all areas of our work with young people.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed PA to support the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team at Lansdowne Primary Academy. 

The successful candidate will be able to provide a complete secretarial and administrative support to the Head of School and Senior Leadership team 

Skills Required: 

  • High level of competence in ICT (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint & Excel, Google Documents).
  • Pro-active with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Professional with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High standard of education; Maths and English GCSE grades A – C, or equivalent.
