    Published 27/02/25

We were thrilled to welcome Lee Elliot Major [the world's first Professor of Social Mobility] to The Gateway Learning Community yesterday. Leaders from across the GLC shared our outstanding work in this area. Lee’s reflections were affirming and his questions challenged us to refine our strategy further. In the keynote talk his thought-provoking and inspiring talk on social mobility left us all with valuable insights on how we can continue to break down barriers for our under-resourced families, enabling them to thrive and live fulfilled lives, regardless of their background.

A huge thank you to Lee for sharing his expertise and passion with us. Your words have sparked important conversations and will continue to inspire our learning community moving forward!
